By placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms of this page. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions before placing an order. Products may be out of stock and errors in product descriptions and images may occur.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, for example, for products that are out of stock or incorrectly priced. If your order (or any part of your order) is canceled, we will contact you to find a solution or offer a full refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for customers under the age of 18.
We use Shopify Inc as a platform for our webshop. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. When you have received the order confirmation, you will enter a purchase agreement and your order will be binding. Please save the order confirmation for any contacts with S.Å.K.
Prices and fees
The prices shown on skogakust.se consist of the total price including VAT. Shipping costs or any charges are not included. When buying outside the EU, customs duties or other taxes and fees may be added to the total price.
When ordering, the prices that were applicable at the time of order apply, regardless of whether the price goes up or down afterwards.
Shipping fee is added for purchases under 1000 SEK within Sweden and for purchases under € 200 outside Sweden.
Payment is in SEK or EUR. We use Shopify payments which offer several different payment options. All payment options use 3D Secure as an extra security layer for credit and debit card transactions online.
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple pay, Google pay and Klarna.
Import tax and duty for customers outside the EU
VAT is included in the price for orders within the EU. When ordering from countries outside the EU, you must pay import tax and customs dutyaccording to thelocal regulations in the country of delivery. Swedish VAT is therefore not included in the order value. The amount of tax and duty to be paid varies by country. .
Delivery and transport
Within Sweden, we ship our packages to your nearest DHL representative. Outside Sweden we use UPS or DHL. Items in stock are usually shipped from stock within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For more information, see theShipping & Returnpage.
When purchasing items on this site you always have 14 days to cancel your purchase, provided the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered. This means that you have the right to return your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the item.
If you want to return an item, please notify us via email to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item for complete return instructions. The item should then be sent back within 14 days from the time you emailed us that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Remember to save your shipping ID so you can track the item all the way to our warehouse. S.Å.K is not responsible for returns that have not reached our warehouse. When you return an item, we will refund the amount you paid for the item excluding shipping costs. For more information, see theShipping & Return page.
You can change an item within 14 days of receiving the item. When changing, you return the item you want to change and place a new order of the item you want instead. Return the item according to the instructions above and enter “change” in the email, and you will receive a discount code for shipping on your new item. We will refund your original purchase as soon as we receive the shipment.
Regarding possible complaints, we follow the Consumer Sales Act (Swedish law). Before sending the item back to us, take some pictures showing the defect to complete your written description. Please email the pictures and describe the problem to our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org. Enter the order number in the e-mail and enter “complaint” in the subject line.
We will review your case as soon as possible and contact you within a few days. S.Å.K is responsible for the shipping cost for returned products upon approved complaint.

If you have not received any notification that the package is available for pickup within 10 working days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Your shipment will be stored at the delivery point for about 14 days. If you do not collect it and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a regular return and refund the money to the account used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.
It is important that you check the information you provide before completing your purchase such as name and delivery address. If you provide incorrect e-mail and / or telephone number, you may not receive any notification that your order has arrived at your representative. If S.Å.K is unable to fulfill its obligations as a result of unusual, negative events beyond its control, S.Å.K cannot be held responsible.
